QMS Australia, a subsidary of the QMS APAC Group recently won a tender for VicTrack for several high-profile sites in Melbourne, and also holds outdoor media in Sydney and Brisbane.

The partnership will extend QMS’ reach in Sydney as it takes on eight Outdoor Systems sitess from Ooh Media.

Outdoor Systems owns a total of 25 large format displays in Sydney and the other 17 sites are sheet posters represented by Shipley Brown, Ooh Media maintains.

Barclay Nettlefold, CEO of QMS Australia, said the company was excited about the partnership as it works to establish a footprint in Sydney and expand its assets and formats across the country.

“The level of interest that has been expressed in QMS taking on the representation is extremely encouraging and a stamp of approval of our approach, operations and most importantly, our people,” he said.

Brian Tyquin, managing director of Outdoor Systems said the strategic alignment will provide a platform for growth.

“I am extremely happy to have QMS representing my company, Barclay and I share a vision for the future of outdoor advertising in Australia,” he said.
