Pandora unveils new brand with lofty goal to ‘enhance listeners’ music experience’

Music streaming firm Pandora has unveiled its new brand in a move it said will enhance its “listeners’ music experience and help bring their music to life”.

In a loftily-worded statement the company explained that the new-look, which features a new ‘P’ icon in a range of designs and colours, “embraces the dynamic range of sound and colour, visualising the energy and emotion that artists pour into the creation and that we feel as listeners”.

“The new logo, with its vibrant and bold colour scheme, showcases the next phase of Pandora’s product and music experiences,” a Pandora spokesperson said. “From now, listeners will see the new app icon on their mobile device, with the fresh new look and feel coming to web and other devises over the year.”

It added: “The dynamic new brand is composed of form, colour and pattern which has also been implemented into the new ‘P’ icon that serves as the listeners’ portal into the unique and diverse range of music they love.”
