Paper + Spark wins Prophero as client
Paper + Spark has unveiled Prophero – an “AI-powered human centred property investment platform” – as a client.
The announcement:
Independent creative communications and marketing agency Paper+Spark has been appointed as the PR and communications partner for PropHero, the AI-powered human centred property investment platform revolutionising how people invest in real estate.
The win sees Paper+Spark leading strategic communications and earned media campaigns, thought leadership, and industry engagement to elevate PropHero’s brand and position in the Australian market.
The first project off the rank was to communicate PropHero’s record-breaking Series A funding round, which secured $25.1 million – the largest Series A funding in Australian proptech history. The announcement, which highlighted PropHero’s AI-driven platform, market success, and global expansion, received widespread media coverage and strong engagement from business, technology, and property investment media.
Founded in 2021, PropHero has rapidly scaled into a major player in the property investment sector, using AI and data-driven insights to help investors identify high-growth properties. The company has achieved remarkable success, managing over US$800M worth of real estate for more than 8,000 users across 40+ countries.
PropHero’s local operations are led by Suvidh Arora, CEO-AU, with co-founders Mickael Roger and Pablo Gil Brusola spearheading the company’s international expansion. The business has garnered strong investor backing, with Bailador Technology Investments leading its latest funding round, alongside global firms such as Fifth Wall, Samaipata, Opera Tech Ventures, AfterWork Ventures, and Jelix Ventures.
Zeina Khodr, CEO and founder of Paper+Spark, said: “PropHero is a brilliant, fast-growth company redefining how Australians invest in property thanks to AI and data-driven insights. The success of the Series A announcement demonstrates the strong media appetite for PropHero’s innovation and growth story, and we’re looking forward to building on that momentum.”
Suvidh Arora, CEO-AU PropHero, added: “We were impressed with Paper+Spark’s strategic and results-driven approach to PR. Their ability to craft compelling narratives and secure high-value media opportunities makes them an ideal partner as we continue to scale and innovate.”
Paper+Spark will focus on driving PropHero’s broader brand narrative, reinforcing its leadership in the proptech and real estate sectors, and securing high-impact media opportunities.
