Trimantium GrowthOps appoints executive director Paul Mansfield as CEO

Marketing consulting group Trimantium GrowthOps has appointed its executive director and managing partner, Paul Mansfield, as CEO.

In November last year, Trimantium GrowthOps announced it would be making eight acquisitions, including Melbourne-based creative agency AJF Partnership, once it had launched on the ASX.

Mansfield will commence his role as CEO as of June 1, while Phillip Kingston will continue as the business’ managing director.

As Trimantium GrowthOps CEO, Mansfield’s total fixed remuneration including superannuation will be $350,000 with short term and long term incentives of up to $75,000.

“Paul has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills since he joined GrowthOps. I’m delighted to continue to back Paul to lead GrowthOps into the future,” Kingston said in a statement.

Mansfield added: “I am very pleased to be expanding my role with GrowthOps. Its unique offering across creative, technology and management consulting, combined with our talented and passionate staff, position the company for a bright future.

“The team has already shown a tremendous ability to collaborate to deliver growth for the company, and to help our clients grow.”

In his role as CEO, Mansfield will report into the chairman of the GrowthOps board of directors, Dominique Fisher, and take responsibility of the business’ people, resources, client management, resourcing, mentoring and day-to-day operations.

When it announced its plans to make the eight acquisitions, a Trimantium GrowthOps spokesperson said the group would have offerings in markets including management consulting, technology, advertising and creative with all its businesses acting as a single entity.

The other companies acquired include creative agency Khemistry, branding agency Voodoo Creative, IT consultant Digital Moshi, software provider 3wks, app developer jtribe, technology supplier KDIS and leadership development and executive coaching provider Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Trimantium GrowthOps made its debut on the ASX in March after completing an initial public offering (IPO) which raised $70m.
