According to OzTAM overnight metro figures 909,000 viewers tuned in at 7:30pm to see Olena Khamula dumped out of the show, up from 844,000 last Wednesday.

It pushed The Block into second place in the 7:30pm slot with Nine’s renovation show managing 851,000 viewers; however, Nine won the night for total viewers with an audience share of 19.3%.

Local drama Offspring also enjoyed a boost with 810,000 viewers at 8:30pm for the final show of the season, up from 596,000 last week, with speculation the show will return for a seventh season next year.

It wasn’t enough to beat ABC’s Gruen which had 815,000 in the same time slot, down on the 840,000 it managed last Wednesday.

However, both shows beat Nine’s new drama Doctor Doctor which aired from 8:40pm and managed 759,000 viewers.

Seven News won the night, attracting1.069m at 6:00pm and 1.015m at 6:30pm, while Nine News managed 927,000 and 924,000 by comparison.
