Perth radio ratings: MIX has a blinder, although NOVA remains far ahead
NOVA continues to dominate the Perth radio market, with a huge lead in the all-important Breakfast market.
Overall, NOVA93.7 has 16.2% market share in Perth, 3.2% clear of closest rivals 96FM, who are battling MIX 94.5 for second spot, with only 0.1% between the two stations.
Despite the lead, NOVA actually lost 1.9% share this survey, with MIX 94.5 picking up 1.8% to reach 12.9% and 96FM sitting static at 13%.
Nathan, Nat & Shaun lost 2.1% in Breakfast this survey, but still hold an impressive 20.4% for NOVA, with MIX 94.5’s Pete, Matt & Kymba climbing 2.2% to sit at 12.7% – a long second.
6PR Breakfast with Millsy and Karl holds 10.3%, in third.
NOVA’s Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel held its lead in Drive, losing 1.9% to sit at 18.5%. 96FM’s Will & Woody hold 14% in second, but its Mix 94.5’s Carrie & Tommy making the climb, up 1.9% to secure 13.1% of the market.
