Planet Broadcasting locks in partnership with MVMT across all Australian podcasts

MVMT Watches has become Planet Broadcasting’s first international sponsor for the online network’s twelve podcasts.

The news comes weeks after comedian Wil Anderson and actor Charlie Clausen signed up to the Planet Broadcasting network. 

It also comes as Planet Broadcasting adds The Little Dum Dum Club with comedians Karl Chandler and Tommy Dassalo, to its Australian podcast line up.

Claire Tonti, business partner, said it was exciting to see international and Australian brands like MVMT watches specifically targeting Australian podcast audiences.

“The Weekly Planet has been working commercially with American brands for a few years now with incredibly compelling results,” she said.

“The MVMT partnership involves sponsorship for ad spots across all of our 12 podcasts so all our hosts will be doing live reads for the brand over the next few months.”

Tonti said it was the first international sponsorship which had been booked across the entire network.

Started by married couple James Clement and Claire Tonti – Planet Broadcasting aims to break Australian comedians into the world market by cross-promoting content through Youtube, social media and podcasting channels.

Planet Broadcasting’s other clients include Netflix, Audible, Squarespace, Loot Crate, and 360fly.

The network currently has 3m podcast listeners monthly, across the US, UK, and Australia, and 15 Australian podcasts in its network.
