Porter Novelli’s pop-up PR agency jack + bill is back in partnership with Pozible

Porter Novelli Melbourne’s pop-up PR agency jack+bill is back offering pro bono support to Melbourne’s most creative projects and ideas in partnership with Pozible.

The announcement:

Australia’s first pop-up PR agency, jack+bill, is back to provide pro bono support to Melbourne’s most creative projects and ideas in partnership with Pozible.

An offshoot of Porter Novelli Melbourne (the name is derived from the agency’s entrepreneurial founders, Jack Porter and Bill Novelli) jack+bill first launched in Australia in 2011 to identify and support emerging fashion design talent with three months of pro bono public relations support.

This year jack+bill is offering three Pozible crowdfunding campaigns pro bono PR, social media and graphic design support to the value of $22,500 to promote their projects and help reach funding targets.

Porter Novelli Melbourne Managing Director, Peter Kent, is excited to see the jack+bill initiative return.

“Pozible’s ability to help people raise funds, realise their aspirations and make great things possible lines up perfectly with jack+bill’s mission to support emerging creative and innovative local talent and passion for bringing these campaigns to life,” he said.

Pozible Co-Founder and Director, Rick Chen, is thrilled with the recognition and support crowdfunding has achieved within a relatively short period of time.

“Since 2010, Pozible has hosted more than 6,600 projects, distributing more than AUD $20 million to successful campaigns. These campaigns have enriched our community through social enterprise, film, the arts, journalism and many more innovative ideas. We are continually working with crowdfunders to find ways to help them to effectively communicate their projects.

“We are delighted that jack+bill have generously offered to assist Pozible crowdfunders to promote their campaigns and look forward to seeing what exciting opportunities may arise for Melbourne project creators as a result,” said Mr Chen.

Campaigns will be selected based on their crowdfunding proposal, unique vision, and benefit to the community, with the three winning campaigns to be decided by an expert industry panel and announced at a launch event at Pozible HQ in Collingwood on Wednesday 30 July.

jack+bill will be led by original co-founding member, Mandy Griffiths, with an all new team of Porter Novelli’s own emerging talent, James Kaufman, Kate Allinson, Katie Sheppet, Phoebe Saunders, Chanelle Shibata, Alex Mleczko and Josh Oakley.
