Practicology announces senior management changes across UK and Asia Pacific

Global digital consultancy, Practicology, has announced several senior role changes with plans to drive growth across the UK and Asia Pacific.

London, Hong Kong and Melbourne 16th January, 2017 – Strategic digital and multichannel consultancy Practicology has announced three senior management changes to strengthen its global operation and continue to drive growth across its London, Hong Kong, Sydney and Melbourne offices.

Founder Martin Newman has moved from the CEO role to become Executive Chairman, and will be focused on the company’s global growth opportunities, including spending more time with our teams in Hong Kong, Sydney and Melbourne and customers in North America and the Middle East.

Chris Vincent is relocating from Australia to the UK in February, to take up the position of Global CEO where he will be working closely with the team to grow the retail and FMCG customer base and ensure the quality of work delivered. Previously Practicology’s CEO for Asia Pacific, Chris will continue to support the teams in Australia and Asia.

Merline McGregor has been promoted to General Manager for Australia, having done a sterling job developing the business and team in the region since joining Practicology more than three years ago.

The UK-headquartered business has undergone a substantial period of growth in the last three years, including doubling its headcount in Australia in 2016, and opening an office in Hong Kong to service the Greater China region. The new structure is designed to ensure that growth continues and to forge closer working relationships between the teams around the world as Practicology increasingly services global customers.

The UK is a global leader in digital commerce and I am excited to be able to utilise my experience from working in Asia Pacific – particularly in Greater China – with our customers in other regions.”
