Prime Creative Media acquires logistics publications from Intermedia
Publisher Prime Creative Media has acquired trade publication MHD Supply Chain Solutions and sister website and e-newsletter Transport and Logistics News from Intermedia.
The titles will now be published out of Prime Creative Media’s Sydney office.
MHD Supply Chain Solutions has been delivering readers supply chain information for more than 40 years. Its distribution list includes both individual subscribers as well as logistics associations APICS, SCLAA and CILTA.
“We have long admired the work of these publications in informing Australian logistics professionals,” said John Murphy, CEO of Prime Creative Media.
“We look forward to bringing the products, as well as the talented team members, into the Prime Creative Media family, and further building upon its success. For more than two decades we have focused on growing the transport and logistics sector, and these titles fit well to support this purpose.”
MHD and Transport and Logistics News join Prime Creative Media’s current multi-platform media brands including Logistics and Materials Handling, CRT News, Prime Mover, Diesel Magazine, Trailer Magazine and others.

MHD and Transport and Logistics News will also come on board as official media partners for Mega Trans 2020, which it says is the country’s leading international supply chain and logistics event.
In August last year Prime Creative Media acquired Inside Waste, Cranes & Lifting and Inside Construction magazines from Mayfam Media. Last year, the publisher also acquired Mohi Media, the publishers of Australian Bulk Handling Review and Rail Express.
