Prime7 launches 7Flix across regional NSW, ACT, Victoria and Gold Coast
It’s been nearly 18 months since regional viewers complained about lack of access to Seven Network’s new channel 7Flix, but today Prime7 has announced the channel will launch across regional NSW, ACT, Victoria and Gold Coast.
The channel, which was announced in February last year, promised “movies to fall in love with” and “big shows you can’t get enough of”.
Is it coming to Tasmania as well

Its a TV show.
Just another channel with some new programs, but mostly repeats of programs from channel 7 and other stations. What about a channel with older movies.eg, black and white or a channel with all sci fi or old comedies.
Will we get mandatory 6-10hrs infomercials as well.
Typical, we finally get the channel, and all they do is move their repeats from 7TWO and7Mate, like Seinfeld for example.

Why open another channel to play the same shows over and over again … heres me getting all excited thinking 7flix will be a dedicated movie channel… and i find out its more reruns of big bang ..greys anatomy …seriously mate ??? Are you serious . People buy boxsets for that reason . Seriously why oh why do you people at 7 never ever listen to the people and what the people want. And dont try and convince me that the peoole want more big bang and likewise shows. Next you will be telling us your adding friends reruns aswell. Please please please listen to what people want.
Heres an idea ….fill the channel full of infomercials with that annoying bastard with the dye in his hair telling everyone needs a kleva knife … that would be more entertaining than reruns of SHITE again …
There are simply to many tv channels now. There was more to watch on tv when we just had like 3 or 4 channels.

No need for all the complaints..At least we are lucky enough to have a variety of channels to surf..Unlike some countries..
If too much garbage on tv then get some fresh air for thoes of you that can get outside..Gardening..Read a book..chat to your neighbour..Go for a walk for thoes who can get mobile..
I find loads of reality tv is extremely boring so I get outside or potter around and do something else instead ..Works for me

Will regional stations also get 7high definition, it is the only station without high definition
I was wondering if 7flix is something like Netflix because I am thinking about getting a new tv (smart TV) that has a built in Netflix. PLEASE LET ME KNOW S.A.P. So I can ask my parents if I can get a new TV soon. I am the disability pension.

The name 7Flix is deceiving. I assumed it would be a movie channel and was looking forward to 3/9. So disappointed. There are enough sitcom rerun channels. Flix denotes feature films, not sitcoms. SBS on demand is better than this.
I’m in northern NSW and it’s the 4th September. Still no 7flix. I’ve tried retuning my TVs. Where is it?
so annoying they literally just put 8 eps of big bang theory in a row I thought they would at least put on something that they haven’t played over and over again

I am in regional Vic(near Traralgon) and I still don’t get 7 flix
So much for 7flix no audio or video and the HD stations are also the same and yet we own A HD TV…. not very happy…
we like watching this channel, watching the Show ” 1st Date” but it is impossible to enjoy because the so called ‘ Background Music’ is so loud, we cannot hear the conversion between the people, hence we don’t cannot relax. DAMM DAMM TURN THE MUSIC DOWN

Why can i get channel 66 on one tv but not others
It is now 28th September & I still cannot get 7flix in Albury/Wodonga. I have a HD tv which I have tuned & retuned numberous times even went so far as well as adding a HD set top box, but nothing! It is NOT my TV etc that is the problem, because I can play other formats (mp4 etc) on it without a problem… please advise me what is happening. I am missing a lot of my favorite “oldies” programmes.. very disappointing!
Hi can anyone help I’m at fingal bay port stephens . When I retune the tv 7 flix comes up as does gold but neither will play . The tune locates them but just a blank screen ,help?
I would like to know when Portstephens Newcastle NSW 2318 I’m seeing the adds but can’t get the channel so when can I exspect to see this channel

Still can’t get it. But then what do you expect when TV stations can’t even run their programming guides to the correct time. Hey lets advertise a show starting at 8.30 but we won’t adjust the EPG to reflect this, instead we will inflict reality TV shows on people that they do not want to watch so we can get a rating for it. While we do that we’ll advertise the shows they actually want to watch on a channell they can’t access. Absolutely brilliant!

We get 7flix picture ok, but the audio is shocking.
The million ads and every other channel is ok, but 7’s audio is terrible on the programs.
I no longer watch it even though i would like to watch the shows, but i have to turn the volume up so that it becomes distorted and the ads are so loud but clear.
Shocking waste of a tv channel.
Is 7flix available in Newcastle because I can’t find it.
What a disgraceful exhibition of television programming on this channel showing ” The Terminal ” 5 minutes movie 3 minutes adds all the way through the movie. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL television. I will not watch or recommend this channel again.

What about in Tassie?
There must be I million films made, comedies, dramas, westerns etc. So why do you keep showing the same films over and over.
Dance girl dance, the iron major, the bombadiers and the saint films. Come on guys…something different would be good. Surely there must be someone who works there that has just a little imagination and interest in providing reasonable viewing for people who actually enjoy watching free to air. Get off your ass and do your job…better programming please.
Trouble tuning into 7Fix? Don’t waste your time. Some Moron running it constantly keeps re-running the same old movies over and over again. Even after Midnight over and over again. So who would want to watch 7Flix and people who pay 7Flix to run adds will realize no one is watching so no point giving 7Flix Add money cause nobody sees them anyhow. It is a bit like Money for a CON.
Why no 7flix in Gippsland? The Blacklist is a ripper series. Cannot get series 7.
I live in Leeton and starting to get 7flix adds about the Simpsons and How i met your mother and i have been tuning the stations ever since the add started and still no 7flix why is this?
