Producible hires new production lead

Producible — the combined agency made up of P2 Content Creators and DMC Digital — has welcomed former Hogarth director Alan Harca as its new production lead.

Harca has over 15 years of experience in film, television, and digital content production, working with brands including Nike, Sony, Disney, Beck’s, HP, BMW, Samsung, and Adidas.

He will bring a “fresh creative perspective” to Producible’s team, a year on from its launch as a combined entity.

In June last year, P2 Content Creators and DMC Digital joined forces to create a full-service agency, leaning into the expertise of the two indie production houses.

The agency’s proposition of strength and experience hoped to differentiate itself, and solidify its position as the “most established” full-service production agency in the market. P2 Content Creators’ Marc Collister took on the role of managing director and partner, while DMC Digital’s David Flanagan heads up strategy and creative.

Harca’s appointment marks a “significant milestone” for the agency, according to Collister.

His experience will “undoubtedly elevate” the agency’s production capabilities, he said. He will drive Producible’s mission to “deliver compelling content that resonates globally”.

Prior to joining Producible, Harca was director and post-production lead at Hogarth Australia. There, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the agency’s in-house content capabilities.

He has also head roles at Allied Integrated Marketing, Canopy, and Play Sport, as well as several stints freelancing for leading agencies and brands in Australia.

Among his most recent projects were Surf Life Saving Australia’s ‘Stop, Look, Stay Alive’ campaign and Paslode’s trans Tasman campaign, both delivered in partnership with Banter.

He said he is “thrilled” to be joining at such an “exciting time”.

“In just one year, the team has built something truly special, a production company where thoughtful creativity meets intelligent production, and where craft and purpose go hand in hand,” Harca told Mumbrella.

“I’m looking forward to leading the production arm into its next chapter, collaborating with brilliant minds, and helping ambitious brands connect better through work that’s beautifully made and strategically driven.”
