Professional Public Relations and Corporate Conversation form alliance
Professional Public Relations and Adelaide-based Corporate Conversation have announced an alliance that will aim to boost their offering in the South Australian market and grow the latter’s footprint across the country.
The tie up will see the ownership and branding of the two agencies remain separate, while enabling them to joinly pitch for new business and extend both their services to their current clients.
PPR has offices around Australia, New Zealand and Greater China, with the Adelaide office representing clients including Hills Industries, The Royal Institution of Australia, Bunnings and Transitions Optical.
Established in 1994, Corporate Conversation’s clients include San Remo and Coopers.
The joint venture follows other recent agency developments in the PR sector, with Hughes Public Relations acquiring boutique marketing communications firm Hamrahead, and independent PR agency McGregors International merging into Fleishman-Hillard.
I wonder if this means Corporate Conversation will start bombarding every journo on the planet with completely irrelevant releases about mining, which is standard practice for other PPR regional branches . . . I’d certainly rather get beer-related releases given the choice!
