Pureprofile makes key hires off the back of record quarterly revenue

Pureprofile has announced multiple hires across its data and insights, innovation and product teams, to support renewed growth strategy following strong recent financial results.

The global data and insights business recently revealed a record quarterly revenue, up 26%, after the successful completion of its recapitalisation plan.

Young Ham joins as head of data, innovation and product

The new hires include Young Ham who joins as head of data, innovation and product. He brings two decades of experience in the research industry, having spent time at Kantar, Lightspeed Research and TNS.

He’ll be charged with leading the strategy and development for the company’s growing portfolio of industry-leading products.

Kate Richard has been hired in the role of interim head of sales, data and insights ANZ for 12 months, after which she will remain with the company as senior account director. She joins from Lightspeed Research, and also spent time with GMI and Research Now.

Meanwhile, Tom Hamilton, who joins from Dynata, will become senior account director for the data and insights team.

Ham said: “I’m excited to be joining Pureprofile as the business grows its global footprint from our headquarters in Sydney, and I look forward to using my experience to support Pureprofile’s product innovation vision.”

Pureprofile CEO Martin Filz said the three hires were key to Pureprofile continuing to help clients unlock the value of first-party data.
