QBE Insurance channels the ’80s with Blondie in new campaign from Core
Blondie’s smash 1980 hit ‘Call Me’ has been tapped by insurer QBE for its latest campaign, twisting the lyrics to acknowledge that consumers now click more often than they call.
Sydney agency Core is behind the campaign using animation to show off QBE’s commitment to its customers.
The campaign continues with the computer animated theme first introduced by QBE last year with the line 100% Commitment.
Christian Finucane, founder and creative partner at Core said: “Call Me is an anthemic song and brings to life QBE’s ongoing commitment to their customers. We’re delighted with the outcome.”
