Quickflix’s Picture This moves to 7mate
Online film and TV streaming service Quickflix has moved its weekly entertainment show Picture This from Nine’s Go! to Seven’s 7Mate.
The show has also been bumped from six episodes to 13 episodes.
It will still be hosted by Ruby Rose, airing on Sundays at 5pm, as of April 1.
Picture This carries interviews with Australian and international film and TV creators, DVD and cinema reviews as well as production news and rumours.
Last month Quickflix received investment of $10m from HBO in return for 83.3m preference shares at a price of 12c a share.
The service has been expanding quickly in the last six months As well as film agreements with Sony Pictures, Warner Bros and Lakeshore Entertainment, in January the streaming service signed a deal to stream HBO’s catalogue.
