Managing director APAC Kerry McCabe said the new APAC leadership structure will support his continued focus on Asia and global RadiumOne projects.

“Adam is a passionate, committed and well respected operator in the Australian market. He has been fundamental in building our Australian business, creating a culture we value, and driving our client’s success.

“The Australian business is one of RadiumOne’s most advanced globally. We’ve gained huge traction here and we’re now at the point where we need a leader solely focused on building on this momentum – and growing our presence in the lively New Zealand market.”

Furness joined RadiumOne in April 2014 as director of strategic accounts – Asia Pacific before being promoted to director of sales and business development – Asia Pacific in October 2015.

Previously he was the director of sales – Brisbane for Southern Cross Austereo and has also worked for Nine as the head of video and mobile sales for Ninemsn.

Furness said: “We have established an amazing team of people and clients already, and I’m both proud and excited to step into this new role – to cement our business in ANZ as a leading marketing technology provider servicing brands and agencies looking for a partner that can identify, predict and activate the consumer connections that matter for them.”

Replacing Furness as director of sales and business development is Luke Bussell who has been the head of business development for the last four months.

Bussell joined RadiumOne from Brand New Media where he was the group partnership director for a year and a half. Prior to that he was a sales manager with Southern Cross Austereo.
