Ratings: X Factor holds up as Junior Masterchef drops off

Ten’s Junior Masterchef was down slightly on Sunday night while Seven’s The X Factor remained steady and Australia’s Twenty/20 cricket defeat to Sri Lanka failed to crack the 1m mark for Nine.  

Junior Masterchef rated 1.358m, according to overnight metro ratings from OzTam, about 100,000 down on last Sunday.

The X Factor rated 1.089m for Seven, while the cricket averaged 913,000.

The most watched program on Sunday was Seven News with 1.399m viewers.

It was also a strong Sunday for Nine’s digital channel Go, with episodes of The Big Bang Theory rating 452,000 and 387,000, Scary Movie averaging 255,000.
