REA Group raises ‘Home Truths’ in digital campaign to drive traffic to realestate.com.au
Real estate website realestate.com.au has launched a digital marketing campaign revealing ‘home truths’ about Australian attitudes towards property.
The campaign developed by REA Group website’s marketing team and BWM Melbourne used NewsPoll research to pull out facts and insights about the property market and lead consumers back to realestate.com.au.
Ed McManus, group marketing operations manager said it provided an opportunity for people to find more content, information and products on the website.
“In a country obsessed and fascinated by property, ‘Home Truths’ provides insight into the quirky property attitudes of the nation.
“By sharing these surprising truths about the nation’s property secrets, we will be highlighting various tools and products available on realestate.com.au to assist consumers at every stage of the property process.”
The insights have been used to create a series of articles published on the realestate.com.au blog each week and the digital campaign has been rolled out this week, combing a mix of display, social and search elements to drive people to the website.

Am not really a fan of the layout of the blog section of your website.
The new articles are all supersized and very spread out. As an example, when I click on the Swimming pools and bedrooms story, the full headline doesn’t appear above the fold and there is a lot of scrolling to do to get to the bottom of the article.
