Real estate tech company launches campaign for property hunters
ListingLoop.com.au, has launched a brand campaign that highlights how the off-market property platform offers a less stressful way to find your next property.

One of Australia’s fastest-growing real estate tech disrupters, ListingLoop.com.au, has launched a brand campaign that highlights how the off-market property platform offers an easier, simpler and less stressful way to find your next property.
The highly relatable and witty campaign was produced by Walking Fish, an award-winning Melbourne-based production house whose most recent documentary Clean was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at SXSW in Austin, Texas, in addition to being selected as the closing night film at the 2022 Melbourne International Film Festival.
The campaign is designed to accelerate Listing Loop’s brand awareness while educating consumers about off-market properties for sale, which are often referred to as “secret listings” because they’re not mass advertised.
Chief marketing officer of Listing Loop, Bree Dallwitz, said that “off-market property listings account for around 20% of property sales in Australia, which is a significant percentage of the property market most people are missing out on, until now”.
“As we head into the spring property season, our campaign celebrates more opportunities to find your next property other than what you’re typically seeing via traditional search methods. Finding your next home doesn’t need to be stressful or eat up your precious time each weekend running from one open for inspection to the other. Listing Loop offers an efficient, straightforward and refreshing property search experience,” Bree said.
The campaign is brought to life in a 1-minute hero piece with a series of 15 and 30 second teasers. The creative follows the property journey of a couple seeking to find their next home, addressing many of the common pain points such as being outbid at an auction or spending hours late at night scrolling through listings.
Not shy to stray away from a pun, Listing Loop’s hula ‘loop’ performer saves the day by offering an alternative solution that saves time and hassle. The buyers get matched to their perfect property through Listing Loop’s smart-tech, with the final call to action that encourages others to “get in the loop” too.
The Listing Loop brand campaign is being launched digitally with an online video, social and display campaign.
