Regional publisher launches website for telling Australian stories
Regional Life Group, the independent publisher behind Orange City Life, has launched National Life, a website with the aim of telling Australian stories.
Nationallife.com.au is inspired by ABC’s Australian Story and the work of the reporters on Orange City Life and will tell the tales of interesting and inspiring people around the country.
The website seeks to share great stories about people who have done, or are doing great things, as well as inspiring readers.
National Life is currently seeking submissions from journalists and writers, as well as exploring commercial opportunities, particularly those from local businesses.
“National Life will tell stories about such people, but not just about people in any specific area,
our stories will come from right across the Nation,” said a statement from the publisher.
“National Life will feature stories about people, events, achievements, ideas and more, all designed to inspire, encourage, entertain, motivate and help others in one way or another.”
The platform has been gathering stories from across the country since its recent launch and is seeking to build its database to appeal to a wide audience of Australian readers.
