Reprise Media expands into WA market

Reprise Media, part of the Mediabrands group, has picked up new business in Perth and expanded its operations, now covering NSW, WA, QLD and VIC.

The announcement:

Search and social media agency Reprise Media has increased its national footprint with expansion of operations in Brisbane and new client work in Perth.

The growth in Queensland and Western Australia is in addition to Reprise Media’s substantial operations in Sydney and Melbourne, with total national staff now in excess of 50 people involved in client service, performance, SEO and social media.

Chris Pahor joins Reprise Brisbane as key account manager to work in client service and he reports to recently appointed Brisbane office leader Robbie Aoukar. Pahor previously worked for Traffika as a search engine marketing manager and more recently as a social media manager. He will work on clients including The Ardent Group (Dreamworld, Goodlife, AMF), RACQ and News Queensland. In Western Australia, Reprise Media specialist Stuart MacDougall has relocated from Sydney to Perth where digital media spending by Western Australia based clients has increased 100% on 2011 levels.

“By the end of 2012 we expect the business will have grown by 300% since its launch in 2010,” said Reprise Media CEO Craig Ellis. “Our multi-channel approach and positioning of search and social as a hand-in-hand fundamental business necessity is resonating exceptionally well with clients. Pay per click search has been the principal area of growth in the past two years, but social media and SEO continue to accelerate rapidly and we expect both to grow more than 110% this year alone.”

Among Reprise Media’s major clients are Federal Government, Wesfarmers, Hyundai, Kia, ING, Microsoft, Brown Forman. Reprise Media is part of the Mediabrands group of businesses in Australia.
