Former Australian cricket captain Ricky Ponting fronts a new content film for Swisse where he visits cricket gear manufacturers to reflect on how “success doesn’t just happen, success is made by all the little things”.

The new ad from Gen C takes the longtime Swisse ambassador back to the suburbs of Melbourne wandering around a local oval cut with shots of cricket balls, bats and stumps being hand crafted.

So he wandered around the local ovals of the suburbs of Melbourne reflecting on the secrets of his success.

I’d be interested to know how many Melbourne suburban grounds he played on given that he was born and grew up in Launceston. Maybe they count the MCG as ‘suburban’.
