Robin Hicks heads for HK, Boon to Melbourne; and we’re hiring
Today marks Robin Hicks’ last day as Melbourne editor for Mumbrella, ahead of a move to Hong Kong next week to launch Mumbrella Asia.
Hicks has been with Mumbrella for two years, first as deputy editor and managing editor based in Sydney, then as Melbourne editor.
As Mumbrella revealed in February, Mumbrella Asia will launch shortly.
In July, Hicks will be joined in Asia by commercial director Sean McKeown, who will be based in Singapore.
As a result of Hicks’ departure, Mumbrella’s Sydney-based senior reporter Cameron Boon will make the move to Melbourne after this year’s Mumbrella360 conference in June.
Mumbrella is currently advertising for a new senior reporter to join its Sydney team.
congrats on your two years and good luck with the move Robin
