Sally Patten appointed AFR Boss editor
Sally Patten has been appointed the new editor of The Australian Financial Review’s Boss Magazine.
Patten is currently the personal finance editor of The Australian Financial Review, a role which she has held for almost two years.
Patten previously oversaw all personal finance publications for Fairfax Media, including Money, Smart Investor and Smart Investor Weekend.

I read your article about Mr Ahmed Fahour-former MD and Group CEO of Australia Post and how he promoted Ms Christine Corbett from four levels down to Chief Customer Officer. Ms Corbett’s last declared remuneration was over 1.5 Million dollars for that year. Both have resigned and left Australia Post.
Behind every unwarranted and sudden resignations there is normally a hidden side. Both of them were involved in alleged unacceptable conduct. One person under their leadership passed away and the cause of that unnatural death is suicide.
Many journalists have no courage to investigate both these resignations.

Mr Fahour and Ms Corbett will have to live with their failures to address this matter for the rest of their lives is my view.
All the money in the world they may have will not protect them for ever is my view.
