SBS reveals air date for Murdoch documentary
Multicultural broadcaster SBS will begin to air a two part documentary on News Corporation chairman Rupert Murdoch the weekend after next.
The documentary entitled ‘Murdoch’ is a co-production between documentary makers Electric Pictures and Brook Lapping Productions who claim it will be “definitive”.
The preview for the documentary explains that it tells: “the inside story of Rupert Murdoch and his meteoric rise from running one local Australian newspaper, to becoming one of the wealthiest, most powerful and enigmatic figures in the world.”
It will feature many people who have known the global media executive over the years and will look at the influence he has globally on the media and politics.
