SCA restructures sales team, groups creative services and partnerships functions

SCA has announced a sales leadership team restructure, as Andrea Salmon takes on the role of national head of radio sales.

Salmon moves into the leadership role from her previous position of more than six years as head of radio sales – Melbourne. In her media career spanning two decades, she also held senior positions in Pacific Magazines and Bauer Media.

Dan O’Callaghan

Dan O’Callaghan becomes head of digital audio sales, progressing from his previous role as national sales manager. He sets to lead the developing digital audio function of SCA, using his experience from sales and strategy roles at ARN, Macquarie Radio Network and Commercial Radio Australia, as well as with media agencies MEC and Carat.

Trevor Crook

Trevor Crook joins SCA in the newly created role as head of client services and partnerships. Crooks will helm the new umbrella national client services and partnership team that consists of all SCA creative services and partnerships functions. SCA’s Studio, sales insights, sport and show partnerships and content integration services will be housed within this team.

Cook has moved from national head of sport and partnerships. He held sales management roles with Nine and Sports & Entertainment Ltd, and was also head of investment at Mindshare.

Other members within Cook’s team include:

  • Luke Parsons becomes national head of The Studio and was previously Sydney head of The Studio
  • Kim Norman becomes head of premium podcasts and was previously head of commercial – podcast and partnerships
  • Matt Dickson becomes head of client creative reporting to Parsons. He was previously national head of creativity at The Studio
  • Abi Wallis, head of sales insights & campaign strategy, brings her sales insights team into the national client services and partnerships team

SCA chief sales officer, Brian Gallagher, said: “I am exceptionally proud that we have a deep pool of incredible talent to draw from for the new national sales leadership team.
