PR and communications agency AMPR has appointed Southern Cross Austereo’s national PR director Lisa Curtis as general manager as the agency kicks off the new year with a number of new clients including Chemist Warehouse Group, Dulux and for the third consecutive year, Cadbury’s Easter PR work, Mumbrella can reveal.
AMPR has worked on various projects and seasonal events, such as Cadbury Easter, for Mondelez since 2012. The agency has also signed The Sporting Globe as a client.
Curtis joins the agency following nearly three and a half years with SCA and will focus on AMPR’s growth nationally, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, delivering new business development and strategic counsel for key accounts.

AMPR has also appointed Stephanie Taylor to head up the agency’s health and lifestyle division.
Taylor returns to Australia from New York where she worked at a digital PR agency on clients including sustainable fashion label ROSEL and global breast cancer charity ‘Keep A Breast’.
Prior to New York, she worked in PR and events at Crown Melbourne.

The agency has offices in Melbourne and Sydney and has a client list including Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, Zara and David Jones.
