Sefiani and Clarity Global appoint senior leaders to strengthen strategy and market intelligence

Sefiani and Clarity Global have appointed Robert Agnew and Nick Smith to new senior roles focused on strategy and market intelligence, respectively.

Sefiani and parent company Clarity Global, the global digital marketing and communications agency, are today announcing the appointment of Robert Agnew as senior vice president, strategy, and Nick Smith as market intelligence director, both based in London but operating globally. These new roles reflect Sefiani and Clarity Global’s commitment to expanding its advisory services, in response to increasing client demand for advice on how to play and win, in an AI-led world.

The appointments further Sefiani and Clarity Global’s evolution toward delivering greater accountability and business impact for clients who are working through constant change on a global scale.

Uniting Data, Analytics and AI

Robert Agnew will be the global lead of Sefiani and Clarity Global’s Intelligence Unit (CIU). He will draw on his cross-border strategy and insight experience at H/Advisors, part of Havas, to help clients bridge the gap between business ambition, strategy and marketing and communications execution. Robert is already supporting Sefiani on existing and new client opportunities.

As market intelligence director, Nick Smith will focus on building advanced solutions that map stakeholder behaviours, identify emerging trends, and deliver actionable insights. He brings a wealth of experience from high-profile agencies, as well as most recently working as Head of Insight and Planning Partner at News International, where he worked across influential brands like The Times.

Robert and Nick will work closely with Michael Gonzalez, SVP Comms Strategy, and Will Julian Vicary, Sefiani and Clarity Global’s CTO. Together they will develop AI-led solutions that will help clients anticipate and respond to the changing market dynamics and related stakeholder demands.

These new roles align with Galmes’ vision to leverage Sefiani and Clarity Global’s digital and analytics capabilities, helping clients identify market opportunities and reputation risks. The goal is to empower consultants to deliver tangible business outcomes that drive top and bottom line value, moving beyond siloed PR and digital marketing execution and measurement.
