Senior brand and digital consultant Mikaela Crimmins returns to Orchard, amid list of senior hires and promotions

Mikaela Crimmins has returned to creative and tech agency Orchard after three years as a senior digital strategist at Ogilvy and Mather.

Crimmins returns to the agency as a senior brand and digital consultant. In her prior role with Orchard she spent three years as a digital strategist.

Orchard’s new hires and promotions: Luke Cadman, Vadim Vichniakov, Mikaela Crimmins and Adam Washington.

Amongst other new hires for Orchard is Vadim Vichniakov, who joins as CX strategist from Marcel Worldwide in Paris.

In his previous role as senior product and UX designer at Marcel, Vichniakov co-founded the Marcel XD branch and contributed to the establishment of Marcel Init.

Luke Cadman has also joined under the title of group account director, supporting Orchard’s health and pharmaceutical portfolio.

Prior to this position, Cadman spent eight months as senior account director at Sudler and Hennessey.

Managing partner Wai Kwok stated: “We are strengthening with senior hires to both cater to where our clients are asking us to support today and to future-proof the agency for the challenges we believe clients will face in the foreseeable future.”

Orchard has also promoted Adam Washington from his position in client services and strategy to practice lead for consumer, sharing responsibilities with managing partner Andrew Antoniou.

Antoniou stated: “Adam has been very committed to our clients and our work. He has done a great deal to drive growth in the business and he’s a strategic thinker who understands technology, not something easily found.”

Last year, Enero Group purchased Orchard for $5m upfront, with a maximum total cost of $27m.
