Seven to air X Factor spin-off on 7Two

Natalie Garonzi, the former host of Nine’s now cancelled late night phone in competition show The Mint, is to host an X Factor spin-off on 7Two, the Seven Network has revealed.

Garonzi, who also appears on Nova Brisbane, will host The Xtra Factor, which will air on Sunday and Monday nights after The X Factor airs on Seven. Both shows are Fremantle Media productions.

According to the announcement “a rotating panel of experts from radio, newspapers, magazines, television and the music industry will line-up each week with Natalie on The Xtra Factor.”

The X Factor kicks off on Monday night and will air daily at 7.30pm this week.

The spin-off format is already an established one with the British version of The X Factor.
