Seven’s The Big Music Quiz dips on second outing as The Block wins the night

Seven’s celebrity panel show The Big Music Quiz grabbed 930,000 metro viewers at 7:00pm, down 23% on its debut audience of 1.21m from last week.

It failed to beat Nine’s The Block, which attracted 1.071m viewers – down on last week’s 1.15m – in the same 7:00pm time slot. The Block was the most-watched show across the key advertising demographics (16-39, 18-49 and 25-54).

Ten’s Australian Survivor continues to lose viewers with 560,000 tuning in last night, down 102,000 on last week.

Nine won the night, pulling in 21.3% of the audience, ahead of Seven’s 18.4%, ABC’s 13.6% and Ten’s 10%.

Nine’s 60 Minutes captured 722,000 in the 8:30pm slot, ahead of Seven’s Sunday Night which aired at 8:00pm and pulled in 631,000.

Nine News topped the 6:00pm slot with metro audience of 1.112m, followed by Seven News at 1.004m.
