‘She inspires effortlessly and infectiously’: Bullfrog promotes Katarina Matic
Bullfrog has promoted Katarina Matic to creative lead after nearly three years as a senior creative.
Prior to the creative agency, Matic worked at Akkomplice, with previous experience at CHE Proximity (now CHEP Network) and Leo Burnett.

“Kat is one of the most selfless creatives I’ve ever met, which is evident in how much she gives to her work and how much she gives back to the industry. It’s also what makes her such a natural creative leader – she inspires effortlessly and infectiously. We can’t wait to see what Bullfrog creates next with her magic and momentum behind it.”

Matic spearheaded the agency’s new Fair Advantage Program, a residency offering female founded start-ups a strategic and creative edge with $25,000 worth of agency and advisory services. Its first resident, Lisa Lie, founder of Learna, was awarded it in October 2023.
She is also one of the co-founders of The Aunties, a volunteer support network for women and non-binary people in the creative industry, as well as a co-host of the Mums on Call podcast.
