Simonds Homes appoints Social Garden as new above-the-line media partner

Simonds Homes has named independent agency Social Garden to lead its above-the-line (ATL) media across Australian markets.

Award-winning home builder Simonds Homes has appointed Social Garden as its new above-the-line (ATL) media partner.

The appointment follows Melbourne-based Social Garden’s official launch of its ATL media services in early 2025.

The independent agency will take the leading role in managing the home builders’ in-home and out-of-home media across Australian markets, supporting measurable growth in the property and housing sector.

Simonds Homes general manager, marketing and customer experience, Maxine Dare, said Social Garden stood out during the pitch process for its sharp strategy, deep CRM and marketing automation experience, and foundational understanding of the brand, developed through its ongoing tenure as performance marketing agency.
