Snapchat expands stickers beyond the app with new tools

Snap Inc. is launching Snapchat stickers on iMessage and Snapchat Keyboard for iOS and Android, along with a new Bitmoji-powered feature called Customoji.

Snap Inc. today announced exciting new ways for Snapchatters to express themselves with stickers, expanding the beloved feature beyond the Snapchat app and introducing even more personalisation options.

For the first time, Snapchat stickers are available outside the platform with the launch of the iMessage App and Snapchat Keyboard for both iOS and Android. This update allows users to access Snap’s full sticker library directly within their favourite messaging platforms for even more fun and creative conversations. To get started, users can simply navigate to their Snapchat settings.

In addition, Snap is rolling out Customoji, a new feature that takes the ever-popular Bitmoji stickers, already shared more than 210 billion times, and makes them even more personal. With Customoji, users can search for any phrase and instantly receive a selection of auto-created Bitmoji stickers, giving their messages a unique, customised flair.

Both features begin rolling out today and will be available to all users in the coming weeks.
