Society hires five to broaden services

IPG Mediabrands’ social media agency Society has made five new hires in roles including creative development and PR.

The release:

Social media agency SOCiETY has hired five new social specialists from diverse backgrounds such as creative development and PR as the agency continues to broaden its services to clients.

SOCiETY Managing Director Nicola Swankie said the new people would be based in SOCiETY’s Sydney and Melbourne offices as the agency’s total staff climbs through the mid twenties.

Social media management specialist Zoe Condon has joined Society as Social Planning Manager.  She was most recently part of the One Green Bean team that set up the Social Command Centre for Coca-Cola in Australia.  Also joining is Tim Collier as Strategist. He is a Cannes Young Lion finalist who previously worked at VML where he led social strategy on the NRL State of Origin series and assisted in winning the UNIQLO business.

Joining SOCiETY in Melbourne is Katija Vlatkovich, formerly a Social Planning Manager from OMD in Melbourne where she focused on Retail and FMCG, including leading social work on the 7-Eleven account.

Content creator Juliette Olah has joined SOCiETY in Sydney. She has developed and produced extensive social content for eBay fashion and Mum’s Business in Australia while working at We Are Social and at fashion retailer ASOS. Sabrina Chen has also joined SOCiETY in Sydney as a Social Executive. She was formerly with LBiDigitas.

SOCiETY is a key part of the IPG Mediabrands Australia Group.
