Spotzer Media Group names Peter Urmson as CEO



Former CEO of Online Marketing Group and Fairfax Marketing Services Peter Urmson has been appointed the CEO of Spotzer Media Group in the Asia Pacific.

Spotzer Media Group is a technology powered business that provides all-in-one digital solutions to small and local advertisers in 16 countries.

Urmson will oversee the company’s Melbourne office and will be responsible for accelerating the group’s activities throughout the Asia Pacific region.

On the appointment Spotzer president Bouke Marsman said: “We provide a full suite of highly integrated white label services and cloud based platforms to companies and agencies selling digital advertising to small businesses.

“Peter’s stature and industry experience will help us win and serve more customers locally. We also expect he will play a significant role in our global management team.”

Prior to joining Spotzer Urmson spent three years serving as CEO for Online Marketing Group and Fairfax Marketing Services at Fairfax Media. He has also worked with the Enero Group as general manager and with as general manager.
