Starcom announces team for new Perth office

Starcom MediaVest Group has announced the management team of its new wholly-owned Perth office set up following the sale of its share in the previous joint venture business to Mitchell Communication Group.

Justine Kereama, most recently Adcorp New Zealand’s international media manager, has been brought in to run the office and takes on the new role of client business manager.

David Schultink moves into the new position of client business executive. He was previously a media planner and buyer at Initiative Perth.

Starcom’s key clients in Perth, which it retained following the sale of its share in the JV, include Metcash, Subway and Network Ten.

In other markets, Starcom this week announced a reorganisation of its management in Melbourne and Sydney following the departure of three senior staffers to launch their own agency.

Group business director Michael Leeds has moved to the role of GM in Melbourne, while national investment director Bob Goodge has been appointed MD of Starcom’s Sydney office. Starcom MediaVest Group COO Chris Nolan takes on Goodge’s investment responsibilities.
