Subaru says ‘Do More Australia’ in ad inspired by family holiday photographs

Subaru Australia has used a series of photographs taken in quick succession to show a family’s adventure in their new Outback.

The ad begins with a selfie as the family sets off on the trip, before the photographs quickly move through the house and garden.

The ad forms part of Subaru’s brand platform ‘do’ using the slogan ‘do more outback’ at the conclusion of the ad.

The ad was created by Subaru’s agency of record Disciple.

In June, Subaru launched a movie-trailer style campaign to push its new Subaru XV.

The ad positioned the car as “one woman’s needs and a man’s desire”
