Subaru wins Mumbrella Ad of the Month

An ad featuring a 1960’s car wash travelling through the outback has won Mumbrella’s January Ad of the Month.

Created by agency Disciple, the ad is for Subaru’s new XV and stars 26 different Subaru models from history.

The ad was directed by Bruce Hunt of Revolver.

Peter Buckley, creative partner of Disciple said: “Subaru owners are passionate and dedicated bunch so it was logical to develop a launch campaign for XV that is a true celebration of the past and a launch of a car that will play a big part of their future.”
