Surprise exit on Farmer Wants A Wife brings in the entertainment crown for Seven

Farmer Wants A Wife on Seven has topped Monday’s free-to-air entertainment, while the network also celebrated another overnight win.

The reality show aired to 557,000 metro viewers, followed by the network’s The Chase Australia with 540,000 metro viewers.

A lady left the farm in the lastest episode of Farmer Wants A Wife.

Australian Story on ABC brought in 509,000 metro viewers, while Seven’s Home and Away was watched by 491,000 metro viewers.

Lego Masters: Grand Masters on Nine had 448,000 metro viewers, followed by I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! on Ten with 419,000 metro viewers.

The #1 program on Monday night was Seven News with 988,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven News at 6:30 with 933,000, Nine News with 771,000 and Nine News at 6:30 with 768,000.

As mentioned, Seven Network won the night with 32.4% overall share, followed by Nine with 25.3%, ABC with 18.3% and Ten with 16%.

The top-rated primary channel was Seven with 24.6%, and the top-rated multichannel was 7Two with 3.9%.

In the latest Consolidated 7 Total TV report for 10 April, the #1 program was Seven News with 1.684 million Total TV viewers, including 38,000 on national BVOD and a 2% uplift.

However, the program with the biggest uplift of 39% was The Claremont Murders Part One on Seven last Monday, with 1.01 million Total TV viewers and 135,000 on national BVOD.
