“The partnership with Channel Nine’s telecast was a natural choice as the message of achievement and support throughout the tournament aligns closely with Swinburne Online and our business. Nine’s cross-platform strategy, which includes Today broadcasting live from the tennis precinct and coverage across Wide World of Sport, Today and 9Honey were driving factors for Swinburne Online taking up a sponsorship package in 2020.

“Innovation is core to our business. We keep our fingers on the pulse of technology to provide a learning experience that is immersive and accessible irrespective of location,” said Mr. Smolders.

“Since launching in 2011, we’ve seen a dramatic increase in the number of providers offering online learning solutions. As marketers we need to be creative to cut through, and this partnership provides an opportunity to tie our story of achievement with one of Australia’s most celebrated sporting events.”
