Sydney custom publisher up for sale
A ‘high end custom publishing company’ is up for sale in Sydney. The firm has 25 staff and turned over $3.9m – $4.2m between June 2008 and 2010. Insolvency firm RMG Partners, which is handling the sale, would not confirm the name of the company. However, the company that matches the description in the ad posted in the Australian Financial Review today is Gladfly Editorial Services, which publishes Luxury Travel, Australian Art Collector and Breeding & Racing.
The firm, which is located on the fringe of the Sydney central business district, produces a range of ‘prestige’ magazines, websites and newsletters. Potential inquisitors are expected to show their interest by March 16 2011.
Who could this be? It’s not edge because they are in Manly. How can you have 25 staff and TURNOVER of around $4M over three years?
