Sydney Story Factory Teams Challenge T&Cs

1. The competition starts on midday April 4th and closes on April 21 at 5pm AEST.

2. Entry is free and open to teams of a minimum of three people based in Australia.

3. If you are shortlisted as a finalist one of your team must be available to present via Skype to the judges on the afternoon of April 28. Please ensure this date is in your diary now. Please note that the intention behind this meeting is to allow the jury to ask follow-up questions based on the entry. A full, pitch-style presentation is not expected.

4. The decision of the jury is final except where new information comes to light after judging, in which case a ruling may be made by Mumbrella. Where misleading information is supplied, regardless of intention, Mumbrella reserves the right to disqualify entries.

5. Information contained in the entry may be used in marketing collateral, editorial copy and other areas by Mumbrella, Microsoft, UnLtd and Sydney Story Factory.

6. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Microsoft. Microsoft collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.

7. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

8. The winning team will receive an XBox One S Bundle (Console, controller, game) per player on the winning team (RRP $299 per unit) to a maximum of five units.

9. Winners will be announced on May 1 on the Mumbrella website
