Tag expands end-to-end social media services with acquisition of L&A Social

Global creative production agency Tag has acquired Sydney-headquartered social media firm, L&A social, in a bid to scale its end-to-end social media services globally.

Founded in 2012, L&A Social works with its clients to clients to build authentic communities across social channels and drive business growth for brands, and has worked with a number of international brands, including Volkswagen, Unilever, Ampol, Henkell-Freixenet and more.

The agency’s expertise in strategic consulting, influencer management, campaign development, community management, digital content development, analytics and insights will complement and enhance Tag’s existing social media and digital capabilities.

Tag itself offers end-to-end marketing execution, from shoot management to post-production, content amplification and in-store activation, utilising digital expertise and advanced data analytics to work with brands across the FMCG, consumer packaged goods, beauty, retail, auto, finance and life sciences sectors.

The new acquisition is Tag’s fifth in as many years and marks a continuation of its strategy to offer their global client base market leading strategic, digital and content led production at scale.
