Target launches the festive season asking ‘who makes Christmas special?’

‘Who makes Christmas special?’ asks Target in their campaign kicking off the 2017 festive season.

The ad features people cooking, de-tangling fairy lights, writing Christmas cards, wrapping presents, picking out Christmas costumes and putting up tinsel.

The spot shows different families preparing for Christmas and the holiday period by using Target products.

Target’s spot is the first Christmas television ad to come from major retail stores across Australia.

AJF Partnership is Target’s creative agency of record after being appointed to the account in 2014.

Last year, Target moved its media buying to OMD from incumbent agency UM.
