TBWA releases first work for Amazon in A-Z ‘easy az’ campaign
TBWA Sydney has launched its first work for online e-commerce platform Amazon using the slogan “Everything you need from A-Z, easy az”.
One of the television commercials features a woman pulling out her lipstick only to find it is her son’s crayon, while the screen cuts to show her son using her lipstick at kindergarten.
The ad then progresses on the A to Z alphabet theme saying “L is for lipstick” and “F is for face wipes”.
Another television ad shows a dog wanting to reach his ball in the water as the screen says “F is for Floaty”.
The ad then shows a baby swimming in the pool as the ad states “S is for swim nappies”.
The work comes three weeks after TBWA was appointed to Amazon’s creative account.
The ads are the first major television commercials Amazon has created in Australia since launching in the market in December.
Genuine laugh at the pool one, simple entertaining work

Lovely line, but I just can’t help feel how similar it is to that great campaign Wieden+Kennedy made for Target, “Life’s a Moving Target”. They made 150 spots where unexpected Target products are served up as the solutions to every day situations. Not that everyday Aussies will remember it, just wish it were a little more original.

It’s also work that originates from Amazon’s in-house creative agency D1.

The only problem with this is……”Easy as” is a saying in New Zealand….not Australia
