The Conscience Organisation’s managing director Jon Holloway has left the agency after nearly two years.

Holloway left the agency at Christmas and has been on holiday before taking on a new role with a non-Australian owned company, which he declined to reveal.

Prior to his time with TCO Holloway was the head of strategy for creative agency The Works for just over a year.

On his departure he said: “It was a great ride, we built an amazing team and bought in some amazing accounts and did some really great work.

“Everyone who worked there was super excited to be in that type of environment. It has been a very interesting experience learning to run a company in Australia and build a team of people.”

He added: “Myself and Clive [Burcham, founder and CEO of TCO] had a different view in terms of the way to run the business and that meant it was time to move on and do something else. It was brilliant, we had a great time. I’m sure it will go on and do great things.”

TCO Founder and CEO Clive Burcham said: “Jon and TCO have indeed parted ways. We still see Jon at our staff drinks so it’s all good. We have a bunch of great things happening and will have several exciting announcements to make in 2015.”

TCO clients include Coca-Cola, Nestle, Optus, Samsung, Foxtel, Nespresso and Johnson & Johnson.
