Telstra offers no lock-in contracts in new DDB campaign
Telstra have launched a campaign to promote its new no lock in contracts.
Created by DDB, the 30 second TVC features a blocky “hero” who breaks free of a bungee cord representing contracts. The creative line is “Goodbye Long-term contract. Hello Freedom.” Telstra will run the campaign across metro and regional TV, pay TV, press, radio, digital, mobile, point of sale and BTL.
The campaign comes after Vodafone announced it would offer a month trial before settling customers into a contracts.

If the contract is to cover the cost of the free phone until you pay it off, why did Telstra ever have a contract on BYO!
Astonishing! Hopefully (for them) the excessive media spend on metro and regional TV, pay TV, press, radio, digital, mobile, point of sale and BTL, will indoctrinate the Australia population, and people just wont bother shopping around.
