Telstra rolls out mobile billboards for footy fans as grand final day approaches

As part of its sponsorship campaign for the run up to the NRL footy finals on Sunday, Telstra is using mobile billboards to carry messages of support from Warrior and Sea Eagle fans via the website, Telstra.com/nrl

The messages are being made into thousands of badges that form shape of the team emblems. The billboards, which are run by outdoor firm Runnings Boards, are located at the ANZ Stadium and Tumbalong Park in Sydney.

The MD of Running Boards, Charles Tramlett said that advertisers with tighter budgets were seeing the value in tighter targeting from “high impact formats with no wastage”.
